NEW DELHI: The privilege committee of the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana has exonerated M3M India directors Roop Bansal and Yateesh Wahal, along with 17 lawyers representing them, from claims of bench hunting and forum shopping. In a comprehensive seven-page order issued on November 12, 2025, the Committee concluded that there was no evidence of malicious intent or any organized effort to sway case assignments.
