File Photo CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu deputy chief minister Udhayanidhi Stalin on Wednesday inaugurated 102 completed urban development projects worth 399.81 crore and laid the foundation stone for 108 new projects valued at 975.63 crore at an event held at the Ripon Building in the city.
