Delhi to Regularise 1,511 Unauthorised Colonies ‘As-Is’
File Photo NEW DELHI: The government has sanctioned the regularization of 1,511 unauthorized colonies in Delhi on an “as-is where-is” basis, eliminating the need for approved layout plans and allowing residents to obtain legal recognition for their properties. This initiative, part of the PM-UDAY scheme, aims to resolve persistent challenges faced by residents in unauthorized colonies, especially concerning property rights, redevelopment, and access to basic civic infrastructure.
