Raymond Realty Q4 FY26 Pre-Sales Surge to ₹1,519 Crore

NEW DELHI: Raymond Realty Ltd announced on Thursday that its sales bookings surged more than two-fold to Rs 1,519 crore for the quarter ending in March, driven by increased demand for residential properties. In comparison, sales bookings were Rs 636 crore during the same period last year. NEW DELHI: Raymond Realty has reported a total income of ₹706 crore in Q2 FY26, marking a 20% year-on-year increase from ₹589 crore in Q2 FY25. The company’s EBITDA rose to ₹101 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to ₹95 crore in the same quarter last year, with an EBITDA margin of 14.3% in Q2 FY26, down from 16.2% in Q2 FY25. NEW DELHI: Raymond Realty (RRL), the real estate division of the Raymond Group, reported a standalone profit after tax of ₹26.93 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The standalone total income for Q1 FY26 stood at ₹334.34 crore. The company recorded a booking value of ₹306 crore, with collections reaching ₹374 crore in Q1 FY26.
