Raymond Realty Reports ₹26.93 Crore Profit in Q1 FY26

NEW DELHI: Raymond Realty (RRL), the real estate division of the Raymond Group, reported a standalone profit after tax of ₹26.93 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The standalone total income for Q1 FY26 stood at ₹334.34 crore. The company recorded a booking value of ₹306 crore, with collections reaching ₹374 crore in Q1 FY26. RRL’s total gross development value (GDV) is ₹40,000 crore, and it remains a net-debt free firm with a net cash surplus of ₹233 crore. Norges Bank sells ₹42 crore in Raymond Realty; parent’s ₹221 crore deal

On Tuesday, Raymond Limited’s real estate division, Raymond Realty, made its debut on the stock market amid a block deal, as Norges Bank sold 4,12,585 equity shares valued at approximately Rs 42 crore. This transaction occurred slightly above the listing price of Rs 1,000 on the NSE but below the discovery price. Norges Bank, on behalf of the Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global, sold shares at Rs 1,005.94.
