HYDERABAD: The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority has fined Googee Properties Pvt. Ltd. ₹27 lakh for promoting and selling plots in their ‘satellite township’ at Nomula village in Ibrahimpatnam mandal, Rangareddy district, without the necessary project registrations or layout approvals.
