PRAYAGRAJ: The Prayagraj Municipal Corporation has introduced a fixed-fee system for property mutation, providing significant relief to property owners by replacing the previous percentage-based charges. The new fee structure came into effect following its publication in the official gazette on Friday. Under this revised system, property owners will pay a consistent fee rather than 0.5% of the property’s total value.
