Chandigarh Updates Paying Guest Policy

Representative Image CHANDIGARH: The Chandigarh administration has revised its paying guest (PG) policy, now requiring completion certificates for registration and ending the option for conditional registration. As per the amendment to Clause 5 of the PG policy, notified on Tuesday, PG accommodations will now only be allowed in residential properties that comply with building bylaws and have not been subject to unauthorized construction after receiving a completion certificate.
