Shirish Godbole appointed chairperson of Indian REITs Association
NEW DELHI: The Indian REITs Association has appointed Shirish Godbole, CEO of Knowledge Realty Trust, as its new chairperson, effective immediately, according to a statement from the industry body. He takes over from Alok Aggarwal, who resigned after retiring as managing director and CEO of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust. Established in 2023 under the guidance of SEBI and the Ministry of Finance, the Indian REITs Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering the growth of India’s real estate investment trust sector.
