THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: On Wednesday, the state cabinet approved the rules for implementing the Kerala Land Assignment (Amendment) Act, which will allow for the regularization of pattayam lands that have previously violated conditions, as well as provide for alternative uses under regulation.
