CBI registers FIR against Supertech, promoter for allegedly defrauding IDBI Bank of ₹126.07 crore

NOIDA: District administration demolished a farmhouse and swimming pool constructed on panchayat land in Dalelpur village to reclaim 2,000 sqm worth around Rs 2.2 crore on Thursday. Officials said a panchayat office will now be built on the land, which will also serve as a permanent polling booth during elections — a longstanding demand of villagers. NOIDA: Greater Noida residents staged a walkout during a meeting with GNIDA, protesting newly proposed charges for garbage collection. The residents argued that they had already paid for such services through the one-time lease rent during property registration. NOIDA: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to execute fresh lease deeds with third-party developers of 13 Sports City projects, following an Allahabad High Court decision allowing it to cancel the allotment of 1,000 hectares to Jaiprakash Associates Ltd in March this year. NOIDA: Three senior officials of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) were suspended by the state govt for their alleged role in a residential plot scheme where unacquired agricultural land was illegally allotted to buyers.
