Jaipur Civic Body Seizes Five Properties for UD Tax in Murlipura
JAIPUR: The Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC) has ramped up its efforts to recover outstanding urban development (UD) taxes, taking decisive action against defaulters in the Murlipura zone. On Friday, five properties were attached due to unpaid dues. Following this action, the property owners quickly paid approximately Rs 8 lakh through RTGS, cheques, and cash, making use of the state government’s current waiver on interest and penalties.
