Mahindra Lifespaces to redevelop Mulund West project worth ₹1,250 crore
NEW DELHI Mahindra Lifespace Developers MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has been appointed as the preferred developer for the redevelopment of a St. Pius Ten CHS society in Mulund (West), Mumbai. The project spans across a 3.08-acre land parcel and has an estimated development value of approximately ₹1,250 crore. The company recently launched Mahindra ‘Codename64’, a residential development in Malad (West). The project will offer 2BHK and 3BHK residences.
