Delhi: Signature View Apartments residents start vacating flats
NEW DELHI: Around 134 residents of Signature View Apartments in north Delhi’s Mukherjee Nagar vacated their flats or submitted documents handing over possession to Delhi Development Authority. This has paved the way for the reconstruction of the structurally unsafe residential towers. The residents’ welfare association said that numerous other residents were prepared to relinquish their keys, contingent upon DDA deciding on transferring the compensatory rent as stipulated by Delhi High Court.
