SWAMIH Fund Aids Completion of 61,000 Stalled Homes

NEW DELHI: The Special Window for Affordable and Mid-Income Housing, a government-supported stress fund, has successfully completed over 61,000 homes in stalled projects as of December 15. NEW DELHI: A resident of Delhi has challenged the standard operating procedure (SOP) of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in the high court. This SOP retroactively imposes goods and service tax (GST) on the conversion of leasehold properties into freehold. NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has requested responses from the Centre, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and other stakeholders regarding a petition by Sahara India Commercial Corporation Ltd (SICCL) to sell 88 prime properties to Adani Properties Private Limited.
