PUNE: The Bombay High Court (HC) has criticized MHADA officials for “overstepping their authority” by misinterpreting the Chief Minister’s (CM) comment regarding a letter from BJP’s Kasba Peth MLA Hemant Rasne. NAGPUR: The Sitabuldi police have initiated a cheating case against Bhupendra Chandrikapure, the director of a private firm engaged by the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) in October 2022 for selling unsold flats built under its schemes.
