Bhuvanteza Infra Fined by Telangana RERA for Unauthorized Sales
HYDERABAD: The Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TGRERA) has imposed a penalty of ₹43.7 lakh on Bhuvanteza Infra Project Private Limited, based in Banjara Hills, for unauthorized allotment of units in its ‘Tulasi Lake Front’ project located in Suraram, Medchal–Malkajgiri district. This decision was made on December 1, 2025, following two separate complaints by customers. The first complaint was lodged by Maheshwaram Padma, a resident of Chintal, Tirumalagiri.
