Prestige Group Scraps Lutyens’ Plan, Sells Bungalow

The firm has sold the property for approximately ₹450 crore, after acquiring it two years ago for about ₹300 crore. TDI retained ownership of the Lutyens Delhi property intended for redevelopment.
