Omaxe Secures Township Extension in Patiala After Land Return
PATIALA: Manisha Rana, chief administrator of the Patiala Development Authority (PDA), announced on Thursday that an integrated township project covering 330 acres is being developed in Baran village along Sirhind Road, Patiala. This initiative has been launched under a public-private partnership (PPP) agreement with Omaxe Limited established in 2006. Rana noted that plots were sold in 2007 and 2009, leading to approximately 500 allottees constructing homes within the township.
