NEW DELHI: WeWork India Management has signed a lease agreement to enhance its footprint in Hyderabad, adding a total of 250,348 sq ft. This planned expansion aims to introduce approximately 3,300 desks, with operations anticipated to begin by June 2026. The initiative involves an estimated investment of ₹100 crore, which will be sourced from a mix of debt and internal funds, according to the company.
