GURUGRAM: Over 200 residents of M3M Golf Estate in Sector 65, together with the Golf Estate Action Group (GEAG), staged a protest march on Sunday, accusing the developer of making “unilateral decisions” without including homeowners in key discussions. A primary concern was the non-disclosure and alleged misuse of the interest-free maintenance security (IFMS) fund, estimated at over Rs 100 crore. Residents claimed that proper accounting has not been provided despite repeated inquiries.
