Lucknow: LDA set to develop 10 sectors, grid road too in IT City soon

LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will develop 10 well-planned sectors in its upcoming IT City project proposed between Sultanpur Road and Kisan Path. The grid road construction of the project, spanning an area of 2,858 acres, will commence next month. On Thursday, the authority inked a deal for 12 acres of land with a landowner under the land pooling model. The draw began with the allotment of 112-square-metre plots for general category applicants. LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority has begun the process of converting around 4,000 rented properties into freehold. This step will give tenants ownership rights and help resolve long-standing property disputes. To speed up the process, a special committee has been formed to oversee the work. Computerised lottery for Lucknow development body’s plots on June 10

LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will begin the allotment process for 334 residential plots under its Anant Nagar scheme on Mohan Road from June 10. The allotment will be conducted through a computerised lottery at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan over three days, in the presence of all 13,031 applicants. LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will construct apartments at key locations in the city based on the preferences and demands of citizens. High-rise residential projects were proposed in Gomtinagar, Gomtinagar extension, Aishbagh and Basant Kunj, for which a demand survey was launched. Through this survey, citizens will be able to suggest the number of rooms in the flats, desired lifestyle standards, and amenities within the society. LUCKNOW: Despite being legally bound under UP Building Bylaws 2016 for plots larger than 300 square metres, many high-rise apartment buildings in the city have either no rainwater harvesting system or a non-functional one. Lucknow development body to develop Udyog Nagar, Naimish Nagar

LUCKNOW: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will develop two major housing schemes—‘Udyog Nagar’ along the Agra Expressway and ‘Naimish Nagar’ in Bakshi ka Talab. These projects were presented at a meeting chaired by Balkar Singh, secretary of the housing and urban planning department.
