NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has granted a final chance to the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority to follow its directives related to delayed real estate projects associated with the Noida Sports City development. NOIDA: During its board meeting on Saturday, the Noida Authority issued a conditional occupancy certificate for the long-delayed Sports City project in Sector 150. This decision comes after the Supreme Court’s order from November 24, which approved a framework for reviving the Sports City SC-02 project developed by Lotus Green Constructions. The ruling enables construction to resume after nearly three years, offering a reprieve for approximately 20,000 homebuyers waiting for possession or registration of their properties. SC Hearing Next Week: Sports City Builders Begin Repayment

NOIDA: In response to notices from the Noida Authority, several builders engaged in the Noida Sports City projects have begun settling their outstanding dues. A notable action includes a consortium partner of the Sector 150 Sports City project, led by Lotus Green Constructions, which has made a payment of Rs 80 crore.
