Clerk in Mohali Suspended for Land Registry Breach

MOHALI: The revenue department has suspended registry clerk Harpreet Singh for allegedly verifying land documents against a court order. This suspension was issued by the Finance Commissioner for Revenue and a notice was sent to the deputy commissioner of Mohali. Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal confirmed this action and stated that a thorough investigation is currently in progress.
