315Work Avenue lease out 50,000 sq ft to METRO Global Solutions Center in Pune
NEW DELHI: 315Work Avenue, a co-working space provider, has leased out 50,000 sq ft to METRO Global Solutions Center (MGSC) at International Tech Park Pune (ITPP), Kharadi. The company now has six centres spread across 0.6 million sq ft in Pune totalling around 12,000 seats. Overall, it currently manages three million sq ft space totalling around 60,000 seats across 45 locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune.
