Allottees selling off industry plots along Yamuna Expressway for quick profits
Representative Image NOIDA: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) plans to cancel allotments of plots being sold for profit instead of being developed for industrial use as part of a crackdown on misuse of industrial plots. According to officials, a recent survey revealed several cases where allottees, instead of setting up factories, engaged in property trading, undermining the objective of job creation and industrial growth.
