CHHATRAPATI SAMBHAJINAGAR: The Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation (CSMC) has announced a document verification exercise set to begin on April 7 for applicants of the Ramai Awas Yojana— a government initiative aimed at providing permanent housing for individuals and families from Scheduled Castes and Neo-Buddhist communities. Officials from CSMC have stated that 8,442 beneficiaries within the municipal limits have applied for the scheme. They plan to verify around 2,000 applications each day until April 10.
