Glada Recovers ₹25 Crore from Illegal Colonies in Ludhiana

LUDHIANA: The Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) has sharpened its focus on regulating the local real estate sector, issuing numerous new licenses and recovering significant debts over the past six months. From July 2025 to January 31, GLADA concentrated on enforcing the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act (PAPR Act), 1995, to combat unauthorized housing and promote organized urban development.
