Hyderabad records over ₹4,000 crore in property registrations in May 2025

NEW DELHI: Residential property registrations in Hyderabad rose by 2% year-on-year in May 2025, according to data by Knight Frank India. Total value of homes registered have surged by 14% year-on-year. Registrations for homes priced above ₹1 crore grew by 37% year-on-year, accounting for 19% of total registrations. In contrast, homes priced below ₹50 lakh and those in the ₹50 lakh to ₹1 crore range witnessed a decline in volumes, despite continuing to account for 55% and 26% of total sales, respectively.
