SC directs CBI probe into DLF Gurugram housing project

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has instructed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to investigate issues pertaining to ‘The Primus’ residential project in New Gurgaon, developed by DLF Home Developers (DHDL), a wholly owned subsidiary of DLF, as stated in a BSE filing. According to the company, the inquiry stems from consumer complaints made by five allottees which were previously reviewed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC). NGT Orders MoEFCC to Reassess Gurugram Housing Clearance

NEW DELHI: The National Green Tribunal has instructed the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change to reassess the environmental clearance for a group housing project expansion in Gurugram’s Sukhrali village. The directive came during a hearing in which the resident welfare association (RWA) contested the granting of environmental clearance (EC) by the Haryana State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) for the project’s expansion.
