GURUGRAM: The Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) has initiated an expansive land procurement plan aimed at developing new residential and commercial areas in the state, the first such effort in the city in 20 years. This initiative seeks to alleviate pressure on existing urban centers while ensuring a consistent supply of serviced plots according to planned development norms.
