Gujarat RERA Streamlines Grievance Resolution Process

AHMEDABAD: The Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (GujRERA) has introduced a new standard operating procedure (SOP) aimed at enhancing the grievance redressal process for property buyers and stakeholders. The updated SOP adopts a digital-first approach, bolstering the existing online mechanisms and clearly outlining procedural timelines and roles. Individuals purchasing property can now file complaints from the comfort of their homes using the GujRERA portal. While an offline option remains, online submissions are encouraged for swift resolutions.
