Delhi CM proposes lower amalgamation charges, green building expansion

NEW DELHI: Chief minister Rekha Gupta has directed the task force on infrastructure reforms to review and rationalise the high amalgamation charges for commercial plots in the city. She also asked during the meeting on Saturday that the framework be extended to include residential plots, aiming to create a more harmonised and investor-friendly policy. She said on Saturday that there was a need to effectively implement a single-window approval system to make doing business in Delhi seamless, efficient and investment-friendly.
