Embassy REIT Q3 FY26 Net Operating Income Rises 19%
NEW DELHI: Embassy Office Parks REIT (Embassy REIT) reported a 19% year-on-year increase in net operating income (NOI), reaching ₹985 crore for the third quarter ending December 31, 2025. Operational revenue rose by 17% year-on-year to ₹1,193 crore. The board of directors for Embassy Office Parks Management Services (EOPMSPL), which manages Embassy REIT, has declared a distribution of ₹613 crore, equating to ₹6.47 per unit for the quarter.
