Pune: Kharadi residents to receive digital property cards by September 2025
PUNE: The office of settlement commissioner and director of land records, Maharashtra, has decided to digitise property records for more than 13,300 holdings spread across 785 hectares in Kharadi, officials told TOI on Monday. The property cards are expected to be uploaded on the Mahabhumi portal by the end of Aug or early Sept. The project, part of Central govt’s ownership scheme launched in 2019, aims to streamline urban land management.
