One Lakh Houses to be Ready for Beneficiaries by March 31
HYDERABAD: Telangana Housing Minister P Srinivas Reddy announced on Wednesday that over 100,000 houses built under the Indiramma housing scheme will be distributed to beneficiaries by March 31, with an additional 100,000 to be completed by June. Responding to a query during the Legislative Assembly’s Question Hour, the minister revealed that the first phase saw the approval of 450,000 houses statewide, including 12,000 specifically for the Chenchu community and tribal residents under the Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA). “By March 31, approximately 112,000 Indiramma houses are expected to be completed, with housewarming ceremonies planned.
