Representative image NEW DELHI: Ashiana Housing has acquired approximately 8.83 acres of land in Wavarle, Raigad, Maharashtra, through outright purchase from various sellers. The company intends to develop a senior living project on this land, featuring a saleable area of 450,000 sq ft. Additionally, Ashiana announced a collaboration with Epoch Elder Care, which will take full operational control of Ashiana Care Homes in Bhiwadi. Epoch will manage a 48-bed facility offering assisted living services and care for chronic conditions.
