Central Park to Invest ₹1,200 Crore in Gurugram Housing Project
NEW DELHI: Central Park Estates is set to invest ₹1,200 crore in the development of the Belanova residential project in Gurugram. The project is projected to generate revenues of approximately ₹2,500–3,000 crore and will be financed through project funding and internal reserves. It will feature 124 residences with an average price of around ₹25 crore each. The company anticipates securing around ₹500 crore in FY26 through private offerings to friends and family, followed by an expected ₹1,000 crore in FY27.
