Zoning confusion fuels disputes over PG legality in Bengaluru
Bengaluru PG By Sanjana CSBENGALURU: Residents of Sanjeevini Nagar have raised objections to a paying guest (PG) accommodation operating in their locality, citing zoning norms that restrict commercial activities in residential areas and on roads narrower than 40-feet. In a complaint submitted recently to the zonal commissioner and BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike) commissioner, they urged action against the facility.
