Arkade Developers acquires new redevelopment project in Mumbai
NEW DELHI: Arkade Developers has acquired redevelopment rights for a society in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai. Spread across 1.1 acres, the project offers a saleable area of approximately 86,000 sq ft and an estimated revenue potential of ₹350 crore. The project will feature a mix of residential and commercial spaces. The company recently acquired a 6.28-acre freehold land parcel for ₹172.48 crore in Thane. It plans to develop a mixed-use development with a projected gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,000 crore having a saleable area of 9.26 lakh sq ft. The project launch is slated for early 2026.
