Amitabh Bachchan Buys 2.67 Acres in Ayodhya for ₹35 Crore

NEW DELHI: Amitabh Bachchan has purchased a 2.67-acre land parcel in Ayodhya for ₹35 crore from The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). The deal was finalized by Rajesh Yadav, managing director of AB Corp. This marks Bachchan’s third investment in Ayodhya through the company. In January 2024, he acquired land in The Sarayu project and previously bought a 10,000 sq ft plot in the Sol de Alibaug project. New Building Bylaws Face Roadblocks in UP Cities

LUCKNOW: Challenges have arisen in the enforcement of the newly notified building bylaws in several cities. Key concerns raised by housing development authorities to the government include the parking requirements for hotels, the calculation of open space in layouts exceeding 300 square meters on a telescopic basis, and the potential for establishing hospitality and hotel facilities on agricultural land, among other issues.
