Earlier this year, in May 2025, AU Real Estate obtained sales rights for Aspire Silicon City valued at ₹1,467.93 crore. Following this acquisition, the company has launched Aspire Leisure Valley in Greater Noida West at an introductory rate of ₹7,979 per sq ft.
