Whiteland Corporation invests ₹5,600 crore in Westin Residences Gurugram
NEW DELHI: Whiteland Corporation has invested ₹5,600 crore in its residential development- Westin Residences Gurugram situated in sector 103, Dwarka Expressway. It has a projected topline of ₹15,000 crore. The project will span across 7.78 hectares (approximately 20 acres), with 1,700 three-bedroom and four-bedroom residences ranging from 248 to 402 sq meters (approximately 2,673 to 4,328 sq ft). The projects is designed by Architect Hafeez Contractor, Coopers Hill, BM&A, ASA, and Vintech Consultants.
