AMARAVATI: On Wednesday, the Andhra Pradesh Cabinet sanctioned a government guarantee to APTIDCO for a loan exceeding Rs 4,000 crore to construct housing units and related infrastructure under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). Additionally, the Cabinet approved the enhancement of Piduguralla Government Medical College through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. Observing the construction of the Amaravati Outer Ring Roads amidst a growing real estate landscape, representing progress. AMARAVATI: The Cabinet of Andhra Pradesh, led by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, has approved the second phase of the land pooling scheme for Amaravati, which involves pooling 16,666 acres. The land will be sourced from seven villages in the capital region: Vaikuntapuram, Pedda Madduru, Endrai, Karlapudi, Vaddamanu, Harishchandrapuram, and Peddaparimi.
