ASF Insignia secures ₹1,250 crore from Alpha Alternatives
NEW DELHI: ASF Insignia has secured an equity and quasi-equity investment commitment of around ₹1,250 crore from Alpha Alternatives, based in Mumbai. This investment will be utilized for an integrated commercial IT office project covering approximately 4.5 million sq ft, located in Vatsal Valley, Gurugram. The funds will be released in phases, with the first tranche of about ₹450 crore already received. The capital will be directed towards enhancing the capital structure of ASF entities through debt reduction and property refinements.
