Sunteck Realty Q2 FY26 Profit Soars 41% to ₹48.96 Crore



NEW DELHI: Sunteck Realty Ltd announced on Thursday that its consolidated net profit surged by 41% to Rs 48.96 crore for the second quarter of this fiscal year, driven by increased income.

In the same quarter last year, the company’s net profit was recorded at Rs 34.62 crore.

For the July-September quarter, total income climbed to Rs 262.16 crore, up from Rs 182.06 crore during the same period the previous year, as reported in a regulatory filing.

Sunteck Realty is recognized as one of the premier developers in the nation.
