NEW DELHI: Stonecraft Group, a real estate firm, has announced an investment of Rs 300 crore for a 110-acre township project in Telangana.
The company revealed plans to establish the integrated township at Yadagiri Gutta, which is expected to generate revenues up to Rs 1,100 crore.
Of the 110 acres, 90 acres will feature residential plots, estimated to yield around Rs 500 crore. The remaining 20 acres will be dedicated to a Senior Living project comprising 333 independent homes, projected to earn Rs 600 crore.
The overall investment for this development is set at Rs 300 crore.
Kirthi Chilukuri, Founder and Managing Director of Stonecraft Group, stated, “The Temple Town project exemplifies our dedication to creating spaces that respect India’s spiritual heritage while catering to the needs of modern homebuyers.”
Chilukuri noted a rising demand for homes near esteemed religious sites.
Stonecraft Group, based in Hyderabad, is currently developing over 14.5 million square feet (335 acres) of land.
