Sri Lotus Realty secures ₹237 crore from anchor investors


NEW DELHI: Sri Lotus Developers and Realty has raised ₹237 crore from anchor investors prior to its initial public offering (IPO) set to open for public subscription on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. The company announced that on July 29, 2025, it allocated 15,799,999 equity shares at ₹150 each to these investors.

Prominent institutions among the anchor investors include Tata Mutual Fund, Mahindra Manulife Mutual Fund, Nippon Mutual Fund, Samsung India Mid & Small Focus Securities Master Investment Trust, Nuvama Asset Management, HSBC Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, Nomura Singapore, and Future Generali India Life Insurance Co.

Of the total allocation of 15,799,999 shares, 5,333,500 were designated for three domestic mutual funds through four different schemes, representing 33.76% of the anchor book size.

Monarch Networth Capital and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors are serving as the lead managers for this issuance, with KFin Technologies acting as the registrar.

The IPO consists entirely of fresh shares worth up to ₹792 crore, with no offer for sale component included. A discount of ₹14 per equity share is available for eligible employees participating in the designated employee reservation section.

The IPO will open on July 30, 2025, and close on August 1, 2025. The price range is set between ₹140 and ₹150 per share. Investors can place bids for a minimum of 100 shares, in increments of 100 shares thereafter. The offer will be conducted via the book-building process, with up to 50% of the net offer allocated to qualified institutional buyers, at least 15% to non-institutional bidders, and a minimum of 35% to retail individual investors.
