NEW DELHI: Spring House Workspaces, a provider of managed office spaces, has unveiled its latest center, covering over 28,000 sq ft at Southern Park Mall in Saket, New Delhi.
This facility can accommodate around 450 individuals, featuring 300 desks and 33 private cabins, tailor-made for startups, remote teams, consultants, and expanding businesses.
“We invested between ₹800 and ₹2,500 per sq ft for this center, depending on the level of interior work required—from renovations to complete bare-shell fitouts,” stated Mukul Pasricha, founder & CEO of the company.
The average price per seat in the Delhi market is approximately ₹12,000 plus taxes, while Gurugram rates vary from ₹6,000 to ₹22,000 per seat based on location and service offering.
The company operates over 800,000 sq ft of office space across more than 20 locations in the Delhi-NCR region. By 2025, it plans to have launched five new centers in Delhi NCR, including the Southern Park in Saket, plot 54 at Delta Towers in Gurugram, Janakpuri B1/622, Naraina, and DLF Center Court in Gurugram.
In the next three months, the company aims to further extend its presence with four new centers located in Corporate Greens and Vipul Plaza in Gurugram, Sector 62 in Noida, and Connaught Place in central Delhi.
