AHMEDABAD: On Wednesday, the standing committee of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) approved the auction of six plots located in various parts of the city, with a total base price set at Rs 528.38 crore.
Among the approved properties is a 3,365 sq m commercial plot in Motera, with a starting price of Rs 2.81 lakh per sq m. The committee also authorized the sale of a 3,546 sq m residential plot in Chandkheda, priced at Rs 1.63 lakh per sq m.
In Nava Vadaj, a 3,229 sq m commercial plot will be auctioned at a base price of Rs 2.67 lakh per sq m, while another commercial plot of 3,797 sq m in Thaltej has been approved for a base price of Rs 2.76 lakh per sq m. The committee also sanctioned the auction of a 6,458 sq m commercial plot in Bodakdev, with a base price set at Rs 2.66 lakh per sq m. Furthermore, a 429 sq m residential plot in Thaltej will be sold at a base price of Rs 2.9 lakh per sq m.
